Those individuals were first arrested last month, August 6 by the Anti-Cybercrime unit, as according to Bureau of Immigration.
Siegfred Mison, BI Officer-in-Charge said those 9 aliens were arrested after learning that they had posted bail and were about to be released” from Jail.
Only after the court reaches verdict against the individuals will they be deported.
“If convicted, they will have to serve their sentences first before they are deported,” Mison stated.
Seized from them on the raid were computers, gadgets, internet routers and credit cards.
