Affected websites are of Tesda (www.tesda11.gov.ph), LGU Braulio E. Dujali ( braulioedujali.gov.ph) and the Southern Philippines Development Authority (spda.gov.ph.)
Web administrator of the SPDA website was fast enough in addressing the defacement for it is already fixed after several minutes.
As of press time, the Tesda website is taken down while the LGU Braulio E. Dujali website is still hosting the defacement. That is the same page that can be seen on the hacked government sites yesterday, calling the Filipino citizens to unite and join the international “million mask march.”
This is not the first time those websites are defaced by hackers, that would imply, attackers may have backdoors on the system or the specific glitches on security are still not patched.
