Anonymous Philippines threatened government agencies

The threats seemed to be in response of the latest headline in local television last night – alleged anonymous hacker arrested in Butuan City.

Stated in Filipino, the local hacker collective said they will release confidential documents to the public even itinerary tickets from the past.

They threatened the following agencies: BIR, DBM, DOH, TESDA, DSWD, PIDS, PNP, PHILHEALTH  and more. “Are you ready?” their message further reads then uploaded two photos as what they call as initial release.

Hackers highlighted, an agency purchased diskettes (500 pcs) for 25php each. Quite interesting since we are already in 2013.
In purchase order, a heavy duty cutter costs P51,905.49 but in Purchase request, it now appears as fixed P60,000.00

Anonymous Philippines also denied involvement of the one nabbed by the NBI. According by a comment of PrivateX, “they did not know him and probably they (NBI) just took innocent individuals.”

Early this month, 40+ government websites were hacked and defaced by a hacking group introducing themselves as “Anonymous Philippines” in an effort to urge citizens join the worldwide event – Million Mask March.
