Anonymous disclosed convo of Baybay officials – allegedly performed forgery

A screenshot has been shared in Anonymous Leyte’s Facebook page dated September 28, which showed a conversation of 2 Baybay City officials. Anonymous said officials from the city allegedly committed forgery.

As quoted in one comment of Anonymous Leyte, “you may have observed their practice of forgery and tampering of data. – translated”

Individuals seen in the exchange of messages(seemed to be from Facebook) is Antonia Veloso Balagbis and Evelinda Oppus.

Pinoyhacknews did a short researched, and what we found it is that those 2 individuals are real employees in the city government of Baybay.

A linkedin profile suggests, Oppus is an Accountant, designated in LGU Baybay while Veloso is also an employee of Baybay city(not specified.)

What precisely being pointed by Anonymous Leyte is the said to be “forgery” of Oppus’ signature committed by another person named “Nelson.”

However, we are not sure if its still forgery when there is a yes / confirmation from Oppus.
