The said to be a leader in Customer Management Solutions “Convergys” becomes a target to web hackers.
Earlier today, “thenet” informed me on Facebook of a blind SQL injection bug in the convergys website. According to him, it then gives access to the website’s databases.
It is published in pastebin, in which data of 3 databases are leak.
Those databases are, “itddmgr,” “blogs,” and “mysql.” Leak data consisted of email addresses, logins and passwords ( some are hasded (WP)).
When asked why he targeted such website, TheNet said, large company such as convergys should be serious in practicing website security.
