Environment and Natural Resources website penetrated by Hitman

I would like to apology for having no update for the past few days, been busy for other things in www.

So, the official website of Philippine Environment and Natural Resources’ security is being measured by the Pinoy Vendetta co-founder Hitman. A post in their Facebook page suggests, emb.gov.ph (Philippine Chiller Energy Efficiency Project- PCEEP in particular) is vulnerable to DotNetNuke ( abbreviated DNN.)

What will catch you upon visiting the link shared by the hacker is the menu (top-most) in the webpage. It seems those links are admin ‘menus,’ we are just not sure if site administrators forgot to cover it or was triggered by Hitman to show up.

The table is also noticeable where it appears to be really hacked for it changed to ‘hitman.’
