Hackers who struck adobe are Russian speakers, might use a coldfusion flaw

The hacking group who struck the adobe systems incorporated, who stole more than 2 million user data and accordingly also stole its source code has been identified to be Russian speakers.

Alex Holden of Hold Security LLC, as he spoke to ThreatPost said, he is still unsure if those individuals are state-sponsored or just a cyber-criminal organization.

Adobe on the other hand confirmed, the hackers accessed its system through an out-of-date software but did not confirm if the culprits leveraged a coldfusion security flaw.

Holden, the security expert, has also revealed this gang has since been using coldfusion exploits.
