The alleged hacker whose real name is James Raj Arokiasamy was handed over to Singaporean authorities the following day.
The hacker is also believed to be involved in other hacking including People’s Action Party Community Foundation and City Harvest Church’s co-founder Sun Ho’s websites.
Arrested in Dorchester Apartments in Kuala Lumpur, Raj could be fined up to $10,000 and jailed up to three years ( or both ) if found guilty under the Computer Misuse and Cybersecurity Act.
It is worth noting, Raj also faces three drug related charges 2 years ago.
