Once more, the official website of Southern Philippine Development Authority(spda.gov.ph) is defaced by hackers, C0d3x Cyber Army took credits of it. We can recall that the website was also defaced by other local hackers weeks ago.
There is no much fancy things in the defacement, just the gif logo of the hacker collective anonymous and some message in Filipino addressed to Philippine president Pnoy.
“Greetings, Pangulong Aquino!, ilang beses na po namin sinasabi sa inyo na maraming gipit dahil puro dayuhan ang nakikinabang dito sa ating bansa at maraming corporate greed lalo na yung pamilya Cojuangco, nang dahil sa inyo mas lalong dumami ang mahihirap at sa ganitong sitwasyon, ngayon pa lang pag-isip isipan ninyo ng mabuti, kung hindi ay nandito ang sambayanan para patalsikin ka sa puwesto mo bilang pangulo. We are monitoring your footstep sa daang hindi tuwid at puro kasinungalingan at bulaang presidente,” hackers message reads.
I can not investigate of the site(still defaced), maybe the site is shelled or it has a major vulnerability that allows hacker complete intrusion. www.spda.gov.ph has 63 more domains shared on the same server, 96.30.1.212.
Update: The same hacking group has deface another GOV website, www.braulioedujali.gov.ph after an hour.
