Thinktwice defaced the Environment and Rural Development Program website

Website of the conceived program by the Philippine Government and the German Government to help people living in rural areas that are on the poverty line is defaced by  “Thinktwice.”

Visitors to the Environment and Rural Development website are greeted “Hitman was Here,” with the “Pinoy Vendetta” logo inserted on the page.

On the hackers Facebook page, there is no explanation for the action of the hacker.

This time, the defacement is still placed on the website.
