USJR website targeted by local hacker

A local web hacker bringing the online name gr3yh0undz ( read greyhoundz) claimed defacement of a USJR sub-domain for computer engineering – cpe.engineering.usjr.edu.ph.

The website was defaced last November 21 with an anonymous themed background, a box can also be seen in the page with running text on it which indicates he is with bind to anonymous hacker collective.

“We are anonymous. We are Legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget. United as one. Divided by zero,” the message reads. And the common “Expect us,” which seemed to be a threat.

A google search also suggests that this is the first time the USJR sub domain has been attacked by hackers. As of the moment, the website appears to be down.

Culprit

We tried to search a bit of the culprit, what we found out is that the hacker is also an admin of a Facebook page – Free Software, Android Apps, Games, Movies and Hacking Tools.
